How to create lecture bash timetables:
STEP 1:
https://www.monash.edu.au/pubs/handbooks/units/
> find a unit and its code
STEP 2:
https://allocate.timetable.monash.edu/aplus-2016/student
> on the left hand side, in the search bar, search the unit code
> view timetable, making sure that you select the right semester
STEP 3:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/114NulH0DK-kJv_IPytjH7TR0sc6Wld-quWisiBn8elc/edit#gid=406890833
> using this template, enter the details of the lecture into the timetable [unit code + location]
*GENERAL NOTES:
> only enter lecture bashes for that specific week (because some units run lectures on a fortnightly basis)
> check for lecture streams and if necessary, to mark lectures from the same stream as 'part 1' and 'part 2' (to prevent LB-ing the same students)
> colour and merge cells according to the length and duration of the lecture (this helps the timetable to be more user-friendly for members)
> keep a record of what units and what lecture streams have been bashed, and which ones have been rejected
> to ensure members have enough time to obtain approval from lecturers to LB, the LB timetable needs to be completed and released to members by at least Friday of the previous week
